Veterans Memorial Schuyler, Nebraska

“I have worked with Mr. Boston and West Point Monument for over 30 years in connection with his business and the constructing of veteran memorials and other types of memorials. In fact, one of his latest works, American Veterans Park, is listed on the “Tour of Honor” for 2022. Earl has helped design and build several veterans memorials in and around West Point, Nebraska. I have worked with him on just a few that he has completed: Norfolk Veterans Home (Norfolk, NE), American Veterans Park (West Point, NE), Veterans Park (Humphrey, NE), and the Nebraska Vietnam Veterans Memorial. He and the USA Veterans Memorial team have great knowledge and expertise in this field, and their dedication to detail and love of these types of memorials show in each project. I strongly support Earl and his team and recommend him to help with a national project to have Veterans Memorials throughout the United States.”

“I have served on the board of Heroes’ Park in Norfolk, Nebraska since its inception. West Point Monument coordinated the design and construction of the project. They are extremely good to work with and take pride in what they do. Their attention to detail is remarkable. I have recommended them to a number of people on other projects and will continue to do so.”

“They were great to work with on our Veterans Memorial in Castro Valley, California and the detail of their laser work is a WOW!!”

I have served on the Norfolk Veterans Home Foundation board in Norfolk, Nebraska since 2008. West Point Monument was highly recommended to our board by another board member that had worked with Earl on other projects. Earl had a great vision for the design and his hands on approach during the construction project was very professional. The artist’s he hired to cast the bronze statues did an amazing job and he kept us updated through the entire project. We have gone back to Earl for several follow up projects that we have been fortunate enough to add the Flag Plaza and Heroes Park and his work continues to impress. He has an ability to capture the vision and make it a reality.

West Point Monument was very attentive to every detail and it was clear they were dedicated to ensuring the highest quality of work. Since working with them I have recommended them to others and will continue to do so.

As a non-profit, volunteer-staffed organization dedicated to creating and nurturing a majestic setting honoring Veterans and their families for their respective services and sacrifices made on behalf of the United States of America, our Veterans Park Foundation hit the jackpot with Johnson Granite Supply, Inc. (USA Veteran Memorials)

While our Veterans Park in Marion County, Florida, currently has over 5,000 bricks, 200 benches, & 100 plaques honoring those who honorably served the United States of America, we were seeking an avenue in which to modernize the Park. Looking to transform the Park into an educational venue to stimulate current and future generations, we contacted JGS owner Tripp Johnson and shared our goals and objectives with him. Without delay, Mr. Johnson and his tireless staff swung into action, producing multitudes of colored renditions of what the Park could look like in the future.

Subsequent to drawing up plans for our Veterans Park, Mr. Johnson traveled from Missouri to our Park in north Central Florida TWICE, facilitating meetings with Ocala city officials and Marion County Commissioners. Mr. Johnson’s humble demeanor, can-do approach, proactive work ethic and indefatigable spirit have endeared him to all involved on this multi-million dollar project.

Partnering with Johnson Granite Supply (USA Veteran Memorials) we eagerly anticipate the addition of multiple monuments and statues in our Park over the next five years. Over and over again in the past year, Mr. Johnson and his staff have taken our black-and-white ideas and seamlessly transformed them into technicolor, exceeding all expectations we dreamed up ourselves.

Our Veterans Foundation does not hand out positive reviews like candy. We cherish our reputation and check our words carefully. Having said that, the Friends of Marion County Veterans Park Foundation is excited to offer our testimony as to the superior creativity and unparalleled craftsmanship waiting for you at Johnson Granite Supply. We enthusiastically recommend them for all your granite monument needs and desires!

Sometimes lives cross in an unusual way. I manage two cemeteries in Louisiana. I am in my 14^th year. Before that, I was a rescue diver and police officer for the Monroe Louisiana Police Department and retired as a Major over the Administrative Bureau. In 1983 Joe Delaney, Kansas City Chiefs running back was playing softball at a park in Monroe. Three young boys were swimming in the park when they went into deep water and began going under. Joe Delaney heard the cry for help and dove into the pond, however, he was not successful and along with two of the young boys drowned.  One young man got out of the water. My job was to retrieve the bodies out of the pond.  When Kansas City won the Super Bowl in 2019 I had a vision of putting a monument up at the park and pond in honor of Joe Delaney for his heroic effort to save the kids. Johnson Granite Supply aka USA Veteran Memorials of North Kansas City, MO found out what I was doing and graciously called me and said they would donate the monument in honor of Joe Delaney. My mother always told me to help those who help you, so in 2019 I started doing business with Johnson Granite Supply (USA Veteran Memorials). The relationship is in its third year and all I can say is “I wish I would have known about them sooner.” Our relationship continues to grow. Thank you, Tripp, and all of your employees for being so professional and responsive to all of Kilpatrick’s Serenity Gardens and Kilpatrick’s Memorial Gardens needs.
